The Lineage of Tetra: The Enclavian Structure

Government: The government is the military. The Grand Fewd controls all that is the government. If his unexpected death were to occur, the successor must come from his cadre of Fewds.
1. The Coda are the two dedicated body guards who make up the Grand Fewd's kahn. They double between his 2 greatest Enclavian Protectorate officers, and the ones who enact all of the Grand Fewd's policies.
2. The Enclavian Protectorate Office is the security/police force for the capitol world of Soo Lete. Their word on the streets is law. They provide all the on sight security for the Grand Fewd's chambers. The top 12 passive tetras act as underlings for the Coda. 6 under his direct control. 3 a piece to each Coda member.
  - The jurisdiction of Soo Lete as a separate entity from the domain of the Verse and Chorus officers has the capacity to cause conflict over who out ranks who in certain situations. The other officers knowing that their position exist in such a way that they control all in the Enclave unless otherwise out ranked.
  - These officers will rarely venture off world. But in these rare instances they are treated with respect and dignity for fear of upsetting the orders, indirect or otherwise, of the Grand Fewd.
Military: The military is controlled at the top by the Grand Fewd. From there the military is divided into four parts called either a Verse or a Chorus. Each section has its own KRule.
1. Verse-1 is the main and largest branch of this military. It is primarily used for offensive and invasive purposes. It is so vast that it actually has a back up KRule.
2. Verse-2 is the police force of the Enclave. It roams about hunting down fugitives from the Enclavian government.
3. Verse-3 is the experimental division. Here the Enclaves top scientists create the latest technologies that have propelled the Enclave past the other human governments.
4. The Chorus is the Enclaves defense forces.

- Confront=Major/Commander
- Captain

- Corporal
- Private
Doves: An elite force of tetras that specialize in infiltration of secure enemy strongholds.
Wolves: A soldier that is assigned to the pursuit of an enemy of the state.
Marine: The title of the basic invasion troop of the Enclavian Military.

History

Mankind destroyed what has come to be known simply as, “The First World.” Their only resort to abandon their decimated homeworld to cultivate others. Planetary Modification Installations sprang up on habitable planets. The idea of caring whether that planet already had inhabitants or not was rarely a mitigating factor. Humanity had brought its perfected art to their galactic neighbors. War swept throughout space with humanity at the spears tip.
Throughout mankind's dispersal into the galaxy came the logical advancements in weaponry, including but not limited to, the making of humanity itself into the weapon. Thus a series of genetically superior humans were grown and processed in labs. Depending on their creator, they could have been blessed with superior senses, speed, stamina, strength, and agility. While others were morphed into monsterous creatures with little semblance of humanity. Still others were given more experimental gifts. Gifts with awe inspiringly destructive displays of force.
In these times humanity brought with it the trait of drawing the line of Us vs. Them ideals. Thus, nations sprang up on a galactic scale. At the forefront of their armies stood the genetically superior and their flags waving proudly in wars inferno. Formally peaceful races had to take up arms or be wiped out. Some did not accomplish this in time and now find themselves on the extinction list. The near quarter of the galaxy explored by humanity was in pain.
However, an uneasy still came to the galaxy after seemingly endless war grew more and more costly. This calm allowed for a weaponized human to explore their humanity. Some turned from their armies to fight for personal and or ideallogical reasons. Others gave up combat all together for family lives and began to live amongst the galactic population. This created a wide spread influx of altered DNA into the gene pool.
A standardized system was needed to identify these descendants. The Tetra Scale was created to do just that. It
is based on the genetic potential of the person. The scale begins with a normal human, or Alpha. Then there are the next 13 levels. The final level for a human is extremely rare. They are called an Omega.
A person must work to truly tap into their gentic potential. The powers most commonly have to be strived for. Some powers like flight, and energy attacks come relatively standard to most mid level tetras and up. Others are more unique to the individual. There are few of these tetras. And even fewer of these Omegas in relation to the galactic population. Yet their impact is felt by all. Their powers and deeds have engrained them in the history of the galaxy. From their blood comes bloodlines. This is the galaxy they have made. This is their Lineage.
